Founded in 20016 in Milan, Studiopepe is a design and architecture agency composed of Arianna Lelli Mami and Chiara Di Pinto.
Even Arianna and Chiara were both graduates of the prestigious Milan academic institute Politecnico di Milano, they met far from school on a Mexican beach. Returning from their holiday as fast friends, they created Studiopepe in reference to Italian actor of the Risorgimento Guglielmo Pepe, after whom, incidentally, the street was named where they settled downset up their first studio.
With backgrounds and expertise in design and interior design and industrial fine art respectively, Arianna Lelli Mami and Chiara Di Pinto complement each other perfectly. Their individual approach enables them to imagine each project from a multidisciplinary perspective.
Their language is based upon experiments, their work on strong colours and materials. The particular attention paid to details and emotional reactions is a fondamental fundamental pursuit in every each of their projects, and a mark of their DNA.
Studiopepe glows with worldwide retail, hotel and residential projects. To help them on their beautiful mission, Arianna and Chiara are assisted by a team of 15 professionals composed of architects, interior designers and product designers.
In 2018, during the Salone del Mobile, they exhibited a singular project named « Club Unseen »; an experiential space inside a former industrial warehouse of the 19th century. It is a poetic setting with a strong identity that in which Amélie du Passage – Petite Friture founder and artistic director – noticed a spectacular and promising light installation.
