We were gearing up
for our 10th anniversary

Dear all,

First of all, we hope that you and your loved ones are all well.
We were gearing up for our 10th anniversary when everything took a turn.
Fully aware of the gravity of the situation and the need to do everything in our power to curb the spread of the epidemic, we have taken the time to embrace the recent guidelines and reflect on our fundamental responsibility as a company, hence our communiqué comes following much careful thought.

A responsibility to all our employees who have been working from home since Monday. The priority has been to avoid losing touch, to continue to talk with each other and stay in touch: How is everyone doing? Their families? How are they feeling in both body and mind? To show our un-ending support. We have rolled out new tools and work methods. It is strange to think that we have never been closer than right now.

A mutual responsibility with partners, designers, manufacturers, dealers, all those who work by our sides be for only a short while or the past 10 years. We know how unique and essential each partner is, and how important it is to show mutual support.

Lastly, a responsibility to take all necessary measures to pull all of us through these hard times. Our goal, given the current context, is to strike a fair balance between the commitments and responsibilities we have in relation to our staff, our suppliers, and our clients.

As of today, we will do our utmost to ensure deliveries will go ahead in full compliance with current guidelines while ensuring the safety of all. Our e-store is up and running, and our Customer Service office is on the ready to help you with any current or future queries you may have; please send an email to [email protected] Our sales teams are ready and waiting.

The safety of all those we work with is our top priority; should it ever be imperilled; we will have to put a halt to all business. We will keep you and our partners informed at every step of the way.

The times that lay ahead will be a time to learn, to rethink what we define as being essential; what it was in the past, is no longer the case today. The purpose behind what we do becomes crucial. Our project was always one founded in values that we hold on to dearly. We believe in a state of mind that is optimistic, free-spirited, honest, and generous. As we journey through times of great hardship, we will be called to truly embrace and embody our core values. It is as true today, as it will tomorrow.

In light of the unprecedented circumstances, we have decided to speak more openly about things that are close to our hearts, that which moves us and brings us joy and wonder. Above all, we want to give you a voice, to publish your stories, reply to your comments, we want to replace utilitarian communication with something more essential, a simple « How are you? »
