Morten & Jonas is a design studio based in Bergen, Norway. Morten & Jonas, consist of two Norwegian designers. Morten and Jonas, who have working together as a design duo since receiving their Masters Degree in furniture and spatial design from the Bergen Academy of Art and Design in 2011. Since starting up in 2011, they have participated in exibitions and shows all over the world.
They aim to create objects and projects with a personal approach in terms of expression, materials and human, visual perception. They are driven by their encounters with people, cultures and shapes.

The inspiration to HOFF was the photo of three small textile pieces. Our goal was to try to make a sofa where the visual qualities and the tactile surfaces of the fabric would play the main character of the sofa.
