The XO Hotel, in Paris’ 17th arrondissement, embodies a love of wine and spirits. The restaurant, redesignded by AGENCE AH!, is awash with the esoteric atmosphere of old wine cellars.
In using MEDITERRANEA, by Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance, with its draped, perforated metal, light is structured and dappled throughout the space. VARIATIONS wallpaper by Tiphaine de Bodman is reminiscent of chalk mines, breathing mystery into the venue!

Inspired by the weightlessness of "laundry billowing on Mediterranean balconies" Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance designs MÉDITERRANÉA, a series of light in brushed brass and LED. Resting on a light structure, the cloth of metal sculpts and diffuses the light through the lively and geometric pattern. This symbolism is also applied to suspension, wall, reading and standard lamps.
